Vendor Terms & Conditions

Payment for accepted events is due within 48 hours. Please only apply for the events which you are able to pay for at the time of application. You are welcome to come back and submit additional applications throughout the year!

If a date is listed as waitlist only, you may submit an application expressing interest, but will not be invoiced. We will reach out if a space becomes available, but this is highly unlikely so we encourage applying for an open event!

By submitting this application, I understand and agree to waive Shop Local QC LLC and any applicable venue from all liability for damage, theft, and/or injury.

I understand that Shop Local QC may hire a photographer, videographer, content creator, or the like for an event and all photos, videos, audio, or other media obtained will belong to Shop Local QC LLC and may be used to market events in the future, regardless of my future participation. Vendors may be provided with access to photos and/or videos and must tag Shop Local QC and appropriate photographer in all use of images.

I have confirmed my availability and submit this application with the full intention of participating. I understand that my invoice will be due within 48 hours and I promise to submit payment in full by such deadline. *Applications received within 7 days of the event are due upon receipt.

PLEASE DO NOT SUBMIT THIS APPLICATION UNTIL YOU ARE 100% CERTAIN YOU INTEND TO PARTICIPATE AND ABLE TO REMIT PAYMENT WITHIN 48 HOURS OF ACCEPTANCE.
