Bowl Street Market (The Bowl at Ballantyne)By submitting your application, you agree to the Shop Local QC Terms & Conditions and all venue/event specific rules and regulations as outlined below. EXCLUSIONS: Vendors who sell coffee, baked goods, or workout clothing are not able to participate in this market due to exclusions established in tenant leases with the venue. This is an OUTDOOR venue. Events are rain or shine. Venue Address: 15119 Bowl Street, Charlotte, NC 28277 Tentative Event Hours: 10 am - 3 pm (See ARRIVAL section for more details). Please note, this venue has limited steps but vendors will be required to load/unload up a few stairs. RENTAL: Space only. Vendors to provide own WHITE TENT, table, chairs, and linens. OUTDOOR: This event is rain or shine, so outdoor vendors should be prepared for potential weather. In the event of unsafe weather, a rescheduled date will be provided. NO REFUNDS are issued. Only credit for future events. TENTS: Outdoor vendors MUST use a tent. Each tent leg must be weighted with at least 40 lbs, PER LEG. We understand this is significant and not the standard tent weight, so please pay attention when ordering or bringing tent weights. This weight requirement is for the safety of vendors and patrons. Failure to use tent weights will require your tent to be broken down. All back-stock and supplies must fit completely under the table. At no time should any part of your display, setup or supplies be visible under or next to the table. Everything must be covered completely by the table linen or taken back to your vehicle. LINENS: Vendors must provide floor length linens for each table. Linen must fully cover open air between table and floor. Spandex linens that attach to each leg are not sufficient if they do not also go to the floor all the way around the table. CHAIRS: Vendors may have folding chairs, dining chairs and the like. Camping chairs are NOT permitted. SETUP: Vendors will be assigned a location throughout the space. ARRIVAL TIME: An arrival window will be emailed to each vendor no less than 48 hours prior to each event. The arrival window is typically 1&1/2 hours prior to the event. You must arrive within your assigned window. Late arrivals may be denied setup. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals or no-shows. CHECK-IN: Vendors MUST Check-in at the designated location. Specific details will be emailed in the final instructions 48 hours prior to each event. BREAKDOWN: Early breakdown is not permitted. Breakdown time always begins at event closing. Due to events at The Amp, all breakdown must be completed and vehicles removed from the loading zone promptly by 4 pm. This allows one hour for breakdown which is typically more than enough time. Please plan accordingly when preparing for the event. SIGNAGE: Vendors must use tabletop or tablecloth signage. Pop up banners are not permitted. Handwritten signage is not permitted. ELECTRICITY: We will NOT have access to electricity. Please plan accordingly. CHILDREN: Children younger than the legal working age are not authorized to attend with/assist vendors at their table/booth. ACCESS: We recommend utilizing a cart or dolly to transport your inventory/setup from the parking lot to your assigned location. POLITICAL ACTIVITY/DISPLAYS/ETC.: Per the code of conduct at this venue, no political merchandise may be sold, displayed, worn, or otherwise visible in any way. This applies to merchandise displaying candidates, phrases, etc. Any merchandise tied to any political activity will be prohibited. Vendors must comply with this regulation or risk forfeiting participation without refund. Shop Local QC and The Bowl at Ballantyne will not be held responsible for missing, lost or damaged inventory, supplies or materials. You are solely responsible for keeping up with your property. All vendors are to be respectful of one another, the venue and the event coordination team. Shop Local QC and the venue reserve the right to remove any vendors that do not follow these guidelines. Shop Local QC and The Bowl at Ballantyne reserve the right to remove and ban any vendors that fail to comply with rules and regulations. no refunds will be issued. Shop Local QC reserves the right to make changes to terms and conditions, as well as event specific details as needed to ensure the success of this event. Birkdale Village MarketsBy submitting your application, you agree to the Shop Local QC Terms & Conditions and all venue/event specific rules and regulations as outlined below. EXCLUSIONS: Vendors who sell chocolates, pies, cakes, macarons, candles or floral arrangements are not able to participate in this market due to exclusions established in tenant leases with the venue. Additional exclusions may exist. The application process allows us to determine eligibility. This is an OUTDOOR venue. Events are rain or shine. Venue Address: Birkdale Commons Parkway, Huntersville, NC Tentative Event Hours: 11 am - 4 pm (See ARRIVAL section for more details). Please note, this venue has limited steps but vendors will be required to load/unload up a few stairs. RENTAL: Space only. ACCESS: We recommend utilizing a cart or dolly to transport your inventory/setup from the parking deck/lot to your assigned location. It is likely that there will be a significant walk from parking to your space due to the layout of the complex. You will not want to carry items from the car to your space. Union at Station WestBy submitting your application, you agree to the Shop Local QC Terms & Conditions and all venue/event specific rules and regulations as outlined below. This is an indoor venue. Events are rain or shine. Event hours are venue hours unless otherwise instructed. Venue Address: 919 Berryhill Road, Suite 105, Charlotte, NC 28208 Tentative Event Hours: 10 am - 2 pm (See ARRIVAL section for more details). Please note, this venue has limited steps but vendors will be required to load/unload up a few stairs. RENTAL: Space only. Vendors to provide own table, chairs, and linens. Additional display items, such as racks, are not permitted without prior approval. Requests must be made at the time of application by selecting the "Rack" add-on in the vendor application. The vendor must then email hello@shoplocalqc.com and include a photo and the dimensions of the display item. Requests are subject to venue and coordinator approval and are not guaranteed. Requests will be approved on a first-come, first-served basis as not all locations throughout the venue will accommodate any additional displays. It is the vendor's responsibility to request, provide photos and dimensions to the Shop Local QC, as stated herein. It is not our responsibility to follow up with you. BOOTH SPACES: We are HAPPY to accommodate our clothing boutique & other friends that NEED more space for displaying inventory. Our booth spaces are 8x8'. INDOOR & OUTDOOR: Please note this event will offer vendors and activities both indoor and outdoor. This event is rain or shine, so outdoor vendors should be prepared for potential weather. If you wish to book an outdoor space and use a tent, you will need to book the Outdoor BOOTH space. Outdoor vendors will see extra foot traffic from the coffee house and bakery. TENTS: Outdoor vendors MAY use a tent. Each tent leg must be weighted. Failure to use tent weights will require your tent to be broken down. Tents are not required for outdoor vendors. If you wish to book an outdoor space and use a tent, you will need to book the Outdoor BOOTH space. All back-stock and supplies must fit completely under the table. At no time should any part of your display, setup or supplies be visible under or next to the table. Everything must be covered completely by the table linen or taken back to your vehicle. Limited spaces with electricity are available and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Should we be unable to accommodate your request, for any reason, we will issue a credit for the electricity fee. CHILDREN: Children younger than the legal working age are not authorized to attend with/assist vendors at their table/booth. ACCESS: We recommend utilizing a cart or dolly to transport your inventory/setup through the venue to your assigned location. There are stairs at this location. Shop Local QC and Union at Station West will not be held responsible for missing, lost or damaged inventory, supplies or materials. You are solely responsible for keeping up with your property.
